"How to be Fat and Healthy?"
How to be fat and healthy or rather is it possible to be fat and healthy? Well the Daily Mail newspaper article “Pass the ice cream: Fat people can be as healthy as thin people (as long as they exercise)” by Amy Oliver seems to suggest that it is indeed possible to be fat and healthy.
Briefly My Opinion on “How to be Fat and Healthy”
Being fat and healthy is a contradition. Now when I say fat, I mean obese. No matter how much you exercise and how many pieces of fruit you eat, the undeniable fact is that fat around the organs means fat in the organs. If you have fat in the organs, you have fat in the arteries. Fat in the arteries means a reduction in blood flow to the heart and potential heart attack. I invite you to watch my video and then read the Daily Mail article, link provided below, where you can decide for yourself.

As you can see from the video, the artcile is misleading people and I bet there are a whole bunch of facts left out of the orignial research. The article could have been named “How to be fat and healthy“, but would have been a better service to its readers revealing all the fatcs and naming it “How to be Fat and Healthier (if you exercise)”.
